She launched The 516 Collaborative after working behind the scenes orchestrating operations and managing teams for other businesses, noticing that small business owners were severely underserving their own data needs. She is a certified Fractional COO, Director of Operations, Google Analytics 4 consultant, and Cornell Women's Entrepreneurship certificate holder.
