Bill Krom
Bill Krom is the Founder and CEO of Pawfinity, who started his entrepreneurial journey by opening a pet supply store and grooming salon in Myrtle Beach, SC around 2008–2009. After transitioning to mobile grooming and losing critical client data when his Blackberry died, he built a proprietary client management system from scratch — which eventually became Pawfinity. With prior experience in retail (Genesco, Calvin Klein) and web development (BizLab Web Development), Bill bootstrapped the product from a simple CRM into a globally recognized SaaS platform.
