Preston Guyton is a Myrtle Beach-native entrepreneur with 20+ years in the coastal Carolinas real estate industry, holding licenses as a broker in NC and SC, an Unlimited NASCLA General Contractor, and an MLO in five states. He launched CRG Companies in 2010, scaling it to over $1 billion in real estate sales and construction before selling his stake in 2020, then co-founded Palms Realty in 2021 before channeling his marketing and tech background into ez Home Search, Inc. His motivation was to build a privacy-first, agent-empowering alternative to dominant portals that sell the same lead to multiple companies.
